Terms of Use

1. Platform Usage

CAPTRAQ is an enterprise revenue investigation platform. By accessing our platform, you agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Use the platform solely for legitimate business purposes
  • Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with platform functionality or security
  • Use the platform for illegal activities or fraud
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract proprietary algorithms
  • Transmit malware, spam, or harmful code
  • Violate intellectual property rights

3. Intellectual Property

CAPTRAQ retains all intellectual property rights to the platform, algorithms, and generated insights. You retain ownership of your data. You grant us a non-exclusive license to use your data solely to provide investigation services and improve our platform.

4. Service Availability

We commit to 99.5% uptime for our platform. We perform scheduled maintenance during specified maintenance windows. We are not liable for service interruptions due to factors beyond our reasonable control.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • CAPTRAQ is provided "as is" without warranties
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the last 12 months
  • You assume all risk related to your use of the platform

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Immediate termination is permitted for material breach or violation of acceptable use policies. Upon termination, access to the platform ceases immediately.

7. Payment Terms

Invoices are due upon receipt. Enterprise agreements may include net-30 payment terms. Late payments may result in account suspension. Subscription auto-renews unless cancelled 30 days prior to renewal date.

8. Amendments

We may modify these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms. Material changes require explicit opt-in for enterprise customers.
